Hi Guys,

 Just a quick update to let you know all of the Riders have arrived and are settling in nicely.

After the gruelling slog which is the journey from the UK all 8 Riders have finally arrived (albeit with a few late arrivals) and are settling in nicely. The first day consisted of a welcome talk and safety debrief whilst looking ahead to all the exciting things planned during the trip. Cocktails at sunset were next up giving the guys chance to soak up the Costa Rican vibe. After issuing the bikes and a tour of Santa Teresa the guys were amped to get in the water. The surf was nice and manageable for first timers and they were totally stoked to go surfing in these tropical conditions.

After yet more surfing  this morning and even better waves the guys are looking forward to their Yoga Session this afternoon under the shade of the palm trees then its another sunset to look forward to.
