The group have had a great time in Cape Town, with the weather warming a bit and the waves cleaning up into cooking conditions at Muizenberg. In between we kept ourselves busy by getting involved in the local township, Masiphumileli, where we took the kids for a coaching session, but they are so good they ended up coaching us! We also went wine tasting at the famous Klein Constantia and climbed table mountain.
