Booking is easy and personalized to each volunteer.

Step 1: Register your interest by emailing us at info@ttride.co.uk or call the office on +44 (0)208 7888 668. Please specify the date and duration of your intended course. We will then contact you back immediately with information on availability.

Step 2: Prior to all bookings we like to hold an informal interview with you. This can be conducted face to face or by telephone depending on your location. The time, date and medium for the interview will be discussed upon receiving your email of original interest.

Step 3: All bookings will be processed upon the receipt of a deposit for £250 and the completed booking form downloaded from the bookings section of our website. Deposits can be made by cheque payable to Ticket to Ride Ltd.

Step 4: The outstanding balance will then be settled 12 weeks prior to your departure.

Step 5: We pick you up in Cape Town!
