Ticket to Ride strongly supports responsible tourism and are very proud to offer top end community projects that allow riders to come face to face with new people and cultures and put something back into the communities that host them.

Community projects and volunteer charity projects are a vital part of a meaningful and rewarding gap year experience. By getting involved in local schools and activity groups our riders will get to see South Africa in a unique and intimate way rarely open to regular tourists.

A Gap year is the chance to get out and see new cultures, people and societies. Our community projects provide the perfect opportunity to get involved in local under-privileged societies in a safe and controlled environment.
